Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Consulting and Exterior Façade Consultation
Susan Richards Johnson & Associates, Inc. has been working with the Faultless Starch/Bon Ami Company for the last five years as the preservation consultant for the purpose of seeking Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits for three separate rehabilitation projects. Two projects have been approved and completed, which included the rehabilitation of the Faultless Starch Building and new conveying bridge to connect the historic plant with a new manufacturing plant. We are currently working with project architect 360 Architecture on the third building, Sewall Paint & Glass Company Building, to rehabilitate it into the new Faultless Starch Company headquarters. SRJA has worked closely with the contractor and sub- contractors, Owner and Design team to ensure the project is completed within the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and that the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits are approved.
