Susan Richards Johnson, AIA, Principal - has owned and operated her architectural practice since 1987. She has over 34 years of professional experience, and has worked on numerous architectural projects throughout the Midwest. Her extensive architectural knowledge ranges from programming, planning and design through construction administration. Susan’s expertise is in historic buildings, adaptive re-use, existing building analysis, surveys, building additions, restoration, and interior renovation. She has gained regional recognition in the area of historic preservation through the renovation and restoration of several significant National Register Properties throughout Missouri and Kansas.

Julie A Garvey, Assoc. AIA, LEED AP - has successfully worked to complete rehabilitation and re-construction projects throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. Her knowledge of computer software allows her to convey ideas easily through a variety of mediums, including professional quality renderings and presentation materials. Her architectural experience ranges from programming and pre-design through contract documents and construction administration.

Angie Geist Gaebler, AIA, LEED AP - has been involved with a variety of architectural design, adaptive re-use, restoration, re-construction and high-end residential projects throughout the Mid-West and East Coast regions. After earning her Masters Degree in Historic Preservation from Pennsylvania University, Angie has worked on numerous architectural projects, developing sensitive design solutions for renovations of and additions to historic buildings in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards. Her experience includes every phase of architectural practice from building assessment, historical research and design, through site observation.
