Located in the Historic City Market, SRJA was hired to complete drawings and specifications for the exterior and interior rehabilitation of the oldest remaining City Market property.  The projects included an exterior window and entry door replacement and an interior \'white box\' first floor rehabilitation. The new windows and entry door bring balance and a natural rhythm to the building’s façade while improving the indoor thermal comfort.  The interior improvements will ensure that this building will thrive well into the future by attracting new tenants.  The window and door project was recognized as a winner of the 2010 myMarvin Architect\'s Challenge for a successful installation of contemporary units designed within a historic context.
